Q01Does it really work in Arabic dialects?
Yes. Sawt is trained and continually evaluated on Levantine, Khaleeji, Egyptian, Iraqi, Moroccan Darija, Tunisian and Sudanese, plus MSA. We benchmark against native speakers monthly. If a dialect drifts below 92% intent accuracy on your traffic, we'll engineer-fix it or refund you.
Q02How is billing handled in Jordan? Can I pay in JOD?
We invoice in JOD, AED, SAR, EGP and USD. For Jordan-based companies we issue a fully compliant tax invoice with your TRN, and accept CliQ, bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. Receipts are sent in Arabic and English.
Q03Can the agent transfer to a human?
Always. You set the handoff rules — by intent (e.g. complaints), by caller (VIP list), by time of day, or on demand if the caller says 'موظف' or 'human'. Sawt warm-transfers with a one-line summary of why.
Q04What happens to call recordings — where are they stored?
Recordings and transcripts are stored in EU-West (Frankfurt) by default, or AWS Bahrain for KSA customers. You can delete a recording immediately, set retention windows, or disable recording per agent.
Q05Will it integrate with my booking system or CRM?
Out of the box: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Google Calendar, Calendly, Bookeo, WhatsApp Business, Zapier, Make. Plus a webhook for everything else. Our pilot clinics integrate with DentaCloud and Vezeeta.
Q06What if calls come in during prayer times or weekends?
