Terms of Service

1. The service

Sawt provides AI-powered voice agents that handle inbound and outbound calls, transcribe conversations, and integrate with third-party tools you connect. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sawt to:

• make unlawful, deceptive, or harassing calls, or violate telemarketing/robocall or do-not-call laws;
• record calls without obtaining any consent required by the laws applicable to you and the called party;
• send spam or impersonate others; or
• infringe others' rights or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You are solely responsible for the content of your agents' prompts and for complying with all laws that apply to your calls and recordings.

4. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Our payments and checkout are handled by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for orders placed through Sawt. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Sawt available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Intellectual property and your data

Sawt and its software remain our property. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you (including processing calls, transcripts, and knowledge-base content).

8. Disclaimers

Sawt uses AI and may produce inaccurate or unexpected output. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
