Refund Policy

Payments for Sawt are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains when refunds are available.
1. 14-day refund on new subscriptions
If you are unhappy with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided you have used only a minimal amount of your included minutes. This applies to your initial purchase of a plan.
2. Consumed usage is non-refundable
Because call minutes carry real per-minute costs, minutes already used are non-refundable. Renewal payments after the first 14 days are generally non-refundable, though we review reasonable requests case by case.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not charged again. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.
4. How to request a refund
Email ahmad77.nassar77@gmail.com with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. Duplicate or failed charges
Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors are refunded in full once verified.
6. Changes
We may update this policy; changes will be posted here with a new date.
